Founded in memory of our mother Kiran, we stand with women in need, with families who cannot afford dialysis, and with the cattle our father spent his life treating.

Our Missions
We know these things from the inside. We watched what they cost, not only in medicine but in dignity, in savings, in hope. These three programmes exist so that other families do not have to face them alone.
In memory of our brother, Dharmendra Singh
Our brother was diabetic from birth, and in time his kidneys gave way. Dialysis is not a treatment you finish. It is two or three sessions every week, for years, alongside medicines, tests and the journey to the centre. Families sell land, jewellery and futures to keep it going.
We fund dialysis sessions, medicines and travel for patients who would otherwise have to stop.

In memory of our father, Balkrishna Singh
Our father was a veterinary doctor. He spent his working life keeping other people's animals alive, and cattle were most of that work. A cow abandoned when she stops giving milk, or injured on a road and left there, has nobody at all. This programme is his, continued.
We provide rescue, medical care, feeding (chaara daan) and shelter for stray, injured and abandoned cows, and free treatment for cattle whose owners cannot pay.

In memory of our mother, Kiran Singh
Our mother spent her life among people, and it was women who came to her when they had nowhere else to turn. She listened, and then she helped. Old age carries the same loneliness: parents left without income, without medicines, and without anyone to take them to a doctor.
We carry her work on with skills training and crisis support for women, and monthly medicines, health check-ups, nutrition and regular visits for elderly people living alone.

About Kiran Foundation
Kiran Foundation began in a family, not an office. Our mother, Kiran, spent her life helping the women around her. Our father was a veterinary doctor and lived with heart disease. Our brother was diabetic from birth and later lost his kidneys, spending years on dialysis.
We lost all three. In the years before, we learned exactly what a long illness does to a household: the appointments, the medicines, the savings that quietly disappear. So we work in the areas we know first hand, and in the education, nutrition and relief that hold a family together while it copes.

A classroom seat can change the direction of an entire family.
We remove the barriers that keep children out of school: fees, books, uniforms and distance. Our learning centres provide daily classes, school supplies, digital resources and mentors who stay with a child through every grade.

Free health camps, essential medicines, maternal care and treatment assistance bring quality healthcare to villages and settlements that have none. We also run awareness drives on hygiene, nutrition and preventive care.

Daily meal drives, monthly ration kits and nutrition support for mothers and young children make sure no one in our communities sleeps hungry, and that growing children get the nourishment their futures depend on.

In the hardest hours, no family should stand alone.
When floods, fires, illness or sudden loss strike, our response teams reach families with food, shelter material, medicines and rebuilding support, and we stay long after the headlines have moved on.

In north India, a cold night can be as dangerous as any illness.
Every winter we hand out blankets, quilts, woollens and firewood to families sleeping without shelter and to elderly people living alone. Cold waves take lives quietly, and the people most at risk are always the ones with the least.

In Loving Memory of
This foundation carries our mother's name. Kiran means a ray of light, and that is what she was to everyone who knew her. We could not change how our family's story ended. We can make sure other families have what they need to keep going.
Our Mother
She lived among people, never apart from them. Women in trouble came to her because they knew she would listen and would not send them away.
Our Father
A veterinary doctor who spent his life caring for animals. Our Gau Seva work is his work, carried on in his name.
Our Brother
Diabetic from birth, and later kidney failure, then dialysis twice a week for years. Our dialysis programme exists because of him.
